Worst Work
Very Rude from the start. I wish I would have taken my car to another place. Very unaccommodating, and very unconcerned about customer service. I paid $60 for a deluxe service and CLEARLY got the standard wash. I walked around and pointed this out, and the man pretended... not to know English, and would not give me back my key. I offered $30, and he told me $60, and next time go to Red Carpet for better service. There were over 10 people working on drying a car, and not one of them were asked if my car received the deluxe treatment it was supposed to get. They charged me for the work, but did not do it by any means and we're horribly rude to me about it. I highly recommend taking you car elsewhere if you want it to look nice. Never again will I take my car to McKinley hand Car Wash.
