Slow and uncommunicative
Took my bike in February 2011. Was told about 3-4 weeks maximum. Call, call, call. Wait, wait, wait. Excuse, excuse, excuse. Finally got the bike back in July. Invoice 3x quote, Mickey Mouse bolt-ons, lights not working, very dirty. Run, don't wlk the other way.
