I went in to have my hair colored my Joe, I showed him pictures of how blonde I wanted to be. After being over-processed as he had another client, my hair turned out gold/brassy. I told him right away even before blowdruing I could see the copper. When done I again told... him I don't like the color and want to be blonder. JOE said to go home, wash it for a week and if I still don't like it, he will fix it. Well I've tried calling, texting, and even spoke with salon manager who did nothing about it. I can't believe someone in this industry would provide poor service & tell client they would fix then not care or respond AT ALL!! VERY POOR. I even paid him in cash & tipped him well in good faith he would honor not only his word but ethics of the industry to fix what you mess up. JOE has no morals, ethics, and I will NEVER visit this place again. This is a legitimate review, not the ones creted by the company to make them look good. Beware!!!! Read More

I Have been goin here since I was a little girl, Lauren actually was the first person to ever cut my hair as a child. I swear by this place, and have never let another salon touch my hair.
