Poor quality service! The staff is very friendly; however the painters do poor quality work. I had the hood, front bumper and spoiler of my car painted in order to fix a bunch of rock chips and some spots where the clear coat was flaking.\t\n\t\nWhen I went to pick up my car it was dirty to the point that mud was splashed up on the car! After paying over $800.00 to get the car painted I was very shocked. The car appeared to have been washed and then poorly wiped down with a dirty towel/rag/chamos then driven through and parked in a gravel parking lot with mud puddles which splashed up on the car.\t\n\t\nUpon inspection of the car I found a lot of fish eyes (holes in the paint where one could see through to the gray primer, spots that were completely missed being painted on the corner of the hood, a paint run on the bumper, cracked paint on the bumper, the fog light holes on the bumper were not completely painted, the spoiler was not properly buffed out leaving smudges of raised clear coat, over spray covering the back trunk lid and a poor tape job of the hood vents.\t\n\t\nAfter pointing out the flaws they told me that I they would make it right and to bring it back to them. After spending $125 for a rental car and being out of a car for a week I was a little dismayed. I agreed and brought it back a month later. During the month I received multiple rock chips from highway driving, not sure if this is normal or not. A lot meaning that it was about as bad as when I brought it to them the first time. To be fair I told them they were not responsible for the rock chips and to repair the other flaws that were their fault. After being out of a ca for another 3 days (no they wouldn't spot me with a loaner vehicle or a rental). I picked up the car to find they fixed the spoiler and left all other discrepancies. They did attempt to fix the hood no luck it still has multiple fisheyes in the paint plus the added benefit of a different color paint on the hood. So it actually looks worse than before I had them fix the bad job they did in the first place.\t\n\t\nOver all a very bad experience. I fear to take it back to the for fear that it will just get worse. The only good thing about the shop is that the staff is very friendly, they just are unable to produce quality work. Very disappointed.
