Main Street Flowers

On July 5th at 9:15am I showed up to the flower shop with my three bridesmaids.When I walked into the flower shop the owner took my name. She then went into the walk-in fridge and got the anemones. She quickly showed them to me and said "Here they are, this is what these flowers look like." I asked to see them again and asked what was wrong with them. Out of the 60 stems only 12 or so were bloomed. Over half were not even open and the rest were only partly open. She told me that this is what they are, they got them in on Wednesday and they have been in water ever since. I told her that I was not satisfied and I did not understand why they were bloomed. She told me that there was nothing she could do. The owner of a flower shop said to a bride on her wedding day that "Anemones are not my favorite flower!" "This is a risk you take when you do your own flowers for a wedding." "I paid $80 for these, what do you want me to do?, I can't just throw them out."
