If I could give this place zero stars I would. By far the rudest customer service workers and people in there. I walked around the whole store without being greated, they had two workers at the checkout counter chatting and only one other customer wandering around their store. And when I walked up to them to ask them a question. They acted like I was a bother and still didn t great me with a hello ...basically just starred at me and waited for me to talk. When I asked about their cupcake towers that were aviable to rent...they started to laugh at me for thinking they were still aviable to rent for the time I needed them for.I m trying to plan my wedding...and was super excited to find this store near where I work...I walked in all cheery and happy excited to find stuff for my special day and after spending 10 minutes in that store...I walked out with a huge sadness and in disbelief of how rude people can be.These people don t deserve to own a store and should close their doors. For I feel horrible for the poor soul who walks through their doors and be treated with the rudeness I encountered

Good: They had an average selection of items for cakes. Bad: The owner and workers were all gossiping about customers that called. One lady walked into the store when she left they all started laughing and saying can't she read a sign? They were so rude, they lack customer service. Even talked about their cake classes and the nerve of people to ask what they will get out of it.. Improvements: Customer service, polite friendly staff.. Other: I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable in a store before.
