Lauries Appraisal Service

I was unfortunate enough to draw Laurie Richard's name in the appraisal pool to appraise the house I'm purchasing. I needed the appraisal by a certain date. When contacted and asked if she was on schedule for a prompt delivery, she answered that she was. After that contact, she stopped taking calls and emails. My loan officer gave her many chances to get it in so that I would be able to close on the date in my buy/sell. Due to her complete incompetence, she missed every single deadline. She is still MIA and not returning calls or emails, most likely due to her absolute unprofessionalism. I will now have to pay more money for the house and I have to live off of my friends's kindness and generosity until I can purchase my new home. All because she failed on her end of the deal. ***DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER.*** Tell your friends to not use this appraiser Tell your enemies to not use this appraiser. There is absolutely no excuse for her behavior.
