they have a lack of compassion for children. if you don't like children, then you should not work at a daycare. my kid and i even witnessed a teacher cussing out the manager with the *f* word then walked out and quit. nothing is organized well. the teachers have so much drama between each other, they bring it upon the parents and the kids. they claim the door is always locked with a passcode, but it is not, and children have been seen running out into the carpool line, unsafe, without anyone around. i would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone.
