Poor Quality Jewelry that they blame on the customer when only 1 year old and needing "wear and tear" repair. Manager Deb is Aggressive and doesn't treat customers with respect, just looks down on customers and tells them that they are liars. Will not go here again.

I've discovered that the store that I trusted to sell my scrap and extra gold and sterling jewelry to has been ripping me off for the past 2 yrs. at least. They don't weigh in front of you, giving you whatever they think will impress you.
Found this to be a true fact this last Fr., 10/29. Brought in items, including my old wedding ring set to trade in for a newer, better set. Got $100 for one of the necklaces, later, after not finding any deals, got the necklace back. Took it to another gold buyer and received $180 for the same necklace.

Plus, how they say that you get double the money of any brought in scrap jewelry towards any purchase with them isn't true at all.
Jay also likes to talk one into instead selling items brought in for repairs instead.
My heart is broken. I trusted Jamie for over 2 yrs. only to discover he's running a scam.
