Keith and the Staff at KC Stoves are Awesome. Called to schedule service for my pellet stove. The Staff was prompt and courteous was able to schedule me according to my request. Upon arrival the Technician was well groomed, polite, respectful and Knowledgeable. Best experience. I would not go anyplace else for my stove or fireplace needs.

Got a wood insert couple years ago, fan switch kept breaking, came back twice didn't fix it and it's still broken. Installation was not very good and customer service...well let's just say lack of customer service, they never made it right. Go someplace else.

K C Stoves has proven to provide excellent customer care and service.After purchasing my gas stove,some miscommunication occurred. However when the owner Kevin became aware of this problem, he personally handled the issues and resolved them above and beyond my expectati...ons. We purchased our wood stove at K C. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. Although I don't like the cold weather, I'm looking forward to the warm fires we'll have in our stove from K C Stoves.
