Kathy prepares, reviews and negotiates all types of commercial contracts. She also provides advice, guidance and assistance to individuals and companies with respect to the laws that apply to and the issues that arise in the operation of their businesses. She helps clients resolve their legal issues and, when necessary, represents them in administrative and litigation matters. Kathy is a partner at Munger Chadwick, P.L.C., where she represents both businesses and individuals in commercial, corporate and consumer transactions and litigation. She believes in giving her clients straightforward, real world legal advice and proposing workable solutions for their legal issues. Prior to coming to Munger Chadwick, Kathy was in-house counsel to the credit card division of a national bank/financial services company.
