I've been leasing with Karpe for the past 3 years and find them responsive and helpful always. When we've had a problem, they respond right away and get things fixed. The people there are friendly and always ready to answer questions. I've referred several people to them, and they are happy with their choice of realty as well. No problems here!

Beware of Karpe Realty- Bakersfield
Please Be Aware of Karpe Realty and all the hidden charges they charge. This so called management company charges you for services they never completed. Please be careful as this company may take advantage of you!!!!
