Capone will not participate in face to face meetings with women or communicate by phone. He will only commu...nicate via email making him extremely challenging to work with. When his personal problems arose and he refused to have a face to face meeting so to expedite the completion of the process, he diverted all communication to his mother, Lili Kristan, due to his own shortcomings in his personal life.
