Fixed rates, HA!
I signed an agreement with Just energy for 12.5 cents kwh for 5 yrs. My bill reflects up to .15 cents kwh. Although our energy usage during this winter has diminished tremendously, our bill continues to rise without explantation. They do not keep to their contracts. This company is not recomended.
Fees
I was overcharged and charged 100.00 more a month than I was paying at TXU energy and the customer service department was very unprofessional and sounded like I was calling Iraq...could not understand the agent...The biggest mistake I have ever made was switching from TXU to Just Energy
JUST ENERGY ELECTRICITY RATES
I called Don at Just Energy to see how much it cost to set up my business for electricty. He came over the next day, and got me set up in my business for 9.2 cents per KWH for 5 years. He also signed up two my personal housed for the same rate. This saved me a ton of money
