Service was terrible. Did not perform job he was hired to do. Said he would come and correct problem, but did not do that. Claims he never agreed to this and contract does now include guarantee. Would never hire him or his company again. Apparently, his father was the honest one who knew the business but his son does not follow in his footsteps.
