MDA Gourmet was created with the desire to offer quality kosher food with today’s consumer in mind. We are located in Fort Lauderdale Florida and are situated just off the premise of Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. We are a certified USDA food manufacturing plant as well as Kosher Certified by the OU (Orthodox Union). We currently produce over 20,000 meals per day. Our products are sold under the name of Natural Gourmet and Gourmet Kosher and range from Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinners Entrée, Gourmet Home Style Soups, Sandwiches, Gourmet Beef, Poultry, and Fish Meals. Our Catering Division has been the leading Kosher Caterer for South Florida for over the past 15 years selling under the name of Emerald Catering

MDA Gourmet Meals Inedible

Numerous Jewish inmates at FCI Fort Dix reported to me that the so called kosher meals provided by MDA Gourmet are inedible and immediately dispose of them in the garbage. We note that MDA Gourmet filed for bankruptcy on 9/30/2009. We wonder if they are still in bankruptcy.
