So far, no rug
I ordered a rugboard on May 12th, 2018 and paid with a credit card on their website. I have tried contacting them via their "contact" applet on their website three time to no avail. I'm about ready to report them to the authorities....this in spite of the fact that my mother has had a rugboard in her spare bathroom for years. I'm beginning to feel like I got ripped off. At this point all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

Rip Off
We bought 2 Rug Boards to be made and sent to us on 4/29/12 and all we got so far is a charge on my credit card. No luck contacting him!

We bought a rug from Steve Jensen in Huntington Beach he said he would send us our rug that he specially made for us, now all the numbers are disconnected and he is not responding to emails!
