I paid a $1500 flat fee for an appeal of a DUI conviction. A notice of appeal was filed by attorney Chisholm and was accepted by the court. It was subsequently dismissed for failing to file a brief by the deadline. I was lied to by attorney Chisholm throughout the year that I was trying to get this resolved. DO NOT hire them.

I went to J Miller in hopes of saving my home. Not only did they save our family home, they suggested we do a loan modification which we did. It took months and months, and it was extremeley6 expensive but they did it and also lowered our mortgage payment significantly. communication was at times confusing, but I have been there a couplle of times and they do a high volume of foreclosure defense cases

Stay as far away from these clowns as you can. They (Kevin Chisolm, then two other lawyers at the firm, then eventually Jeremy Miller) did nothing for us except waste our time and money. Totally unresponsive and incompetent. Check your bills, too. They actually charged us for work we did! I wish I saw this post before calling them. Do research on them too - Kevin has quite a background of complaints. The two other lawyer I previously mentioned left the practice - should have been a red flag for us. It's honestly amazing they are still in business.
