Let me start by saying I am also a former employee and glad of it. I quit that sorry no good company!!!!! All they do is LIE!!!!!!! \t\n I worked with another reputable company for 7 years, left in good standing only to be deceived by Innotrac. When talking to the Recruiter I was lead to beleive that my main job duty would be order entry, with only a little customer service. In reality it was all C/S with compalints and hostile customers on a daily basis .I was not told in training that you would be graded on VERBAGE and such words as part of the HUMAN LANGUAGE...such as "oh, yes, uhuh and ok". When you do STS (Save the Sale) , in training you are NOT told that if you log call improperly that you will loose any STS commision you EARN! Even though you saved the company from loosing the sale you loose the commision you rightly earn from improper notes on call. You are not told in training that you have to have 80% productivity or you will get fired. You are constantly pulled off the phones to go into meetings with your stupid supervisor....one that has a mullet for a haircut. She lies to you all the time about your job performance. Depending on who is on your team, you will constantly be nagged by QA and if you have the one with the last name starting with a V, she is a freaking idiot! Most all in lead positions are idiots and dont know how to run this company. They are all on a power trip and cant perform their own job properly. 2 men you will have in training...all they do is hang out at the young girls desks and flirt and act as if they are doing a job when they are not. All they do is either socialize with girls or walk the floor with a cup of coffee all day. This comapny is a trip and not ran at all like a real company like I work for now. Convergys is a very good business to work for where there is no play. Supervisors let you do your job and you are never called to QA to be riddled like a child about your words you use on the phones. Speaking of the head man at Innotrac, all he can do is walk the floor doing all of NOTHING !! I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Go to Convergys or Express Scripts or better yet, RMS. Another thing they will play favorite. If you have A BIG CHEST and show it alot , they will let you get away with NOT following the dress code. If you are a decent female , they knit pick at everything you wear. Depending on who and what you are to the bosses, you can wear what you want. That is NOT FAIR in any company. So heads up about INNOTRAC and their employees that are in charge. Do NOT apply there. They lie to their customers and cheat people everyday with the mess they do in sales of their MADE IN CHINA JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
