I paid them $10,000 only to get an apartment with a broken toilet, rotting wood window ledge in my shower, missing tiles on my floor, and electrical wiring that was not up to code and posed a huge fire risk. After living there for 6 days I had a fire in my apartment and was left homeless, but Mike Clark didn't care, he just wanted to make sure he could still get rent money from me after the apartment was fixed. So they slapped the repairs together even if that meant destroying my personal possessions in the process. There was so much ash left in my apartment when they returned it to me after the fire that I suffered health complications with my asthma and dry eye syndrome. They also told me to park in a parking spot that was not where I was suppose to park and then my car was towed and I had to pay $200 to get it back. Mike will never admit to any of his wrongdoings and instead will just lie about it and scream in your face

The owner, Mike Clark, is an unethical scumbag. He won't believe you if you tell him that one of his agents is harassing customers and trying to scam the company, even though you have text messages proving it. He will insist on getting a full fee even though one of his employees harasses you. He will have you sign a lease and deposit checks, then not call you. He will yell at you if you ask him when you can move in. He will call you 7 days before move in and tell you that the apartment is no longer available. SCUM SCUM SCUM. He won't even blink at the thought of leaving you homeless to make a few extra bucks from another customer.

Complaints have been filed with the BBB, Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Can't wait for this scumbag to lose his license or company to go bankrupt.
