They LIE!
If I could there would be NO STARS. They are liars and will do anything to get your money. They advised me the new promotional plan would increase my bill by $10.00/month. Instead I am screwed and out and additional $65.00/month and lost all the promotions I was grandfathered in for. So now I have to cancel my T-mobile as i cannot afford an additional 65/month and pay 200 a line. This place gets 2 flying birds from me.
