highly satisfied with my purchase from Illimani located in Passaic. i was apprehensive about delivery, whether i would have a problem with quality of merchandise - even the return policy - but was pleasantly surprised! delivery went smoothly, quality of the bed is excel...lent and sturdy, and I’m really happy with the 25 year manufacturer's warranty on the mattress. Also, the receipt read that i had 24 hours from when i received the product for exchanges, but nothing was damaged. i did receive the wrong side panels but called up the manager and stopped by and picked up the right ones with no hassles. great experience with this company. I’ll return to purchase more stuff. not sure if they accept credit cards. i paid cash. bring quarters for street parking meter. call ahead of time so an employee looks out. they're not too busy and they're up on the third floor (walk up), they may not know you want to stop by.
