Ideas Unlimited

Last year I was putting together prices on printing for a new business, I went to Ideas Unlimited with a list of jobs, but I never received a bid, I even called twice to see where it might be. I never got real worried because I ran into problems getting everything in order. It took until a few months ago for my business to come together, again I went to them ( mainly because they were close to my location and it was convenient) and again made a request even bigger than the first time and still no response. Now maybe it was not big enough for them to mess with but to me it seems sizeable ( I had it done thru another company and totaled around Eleven Thousand Dollars ) Do they have too much business to neglect making bids, if so they should tell you upfront so as not to waste your time, or, or they that unorganized that they simply cannot take care of their business and if that is the case noone should be doing business witrh them anyway.
Please be careful.

First of all, he misrepresented what he could do. Second of all he missed our agreed upon deadline and i had to find out by calling him to find out when I could pick up the product. Thirdly, he produced a terrible product.
Ok two many counts, I'll stop counting. He ran out of ink (a printing company ran out of ink? come on), he didn't know how to do the job he agreed to do, he missed the second deadline he set, he ruined the layout, he printed our magazine on computer paper, he lied about the cover being full bleed, some of the magazines were missing pages. He couldn't handle criticism, he dodged my phone calls, he didn't dry the printing job properly, he lied about communications, he missed our initial deadline by TWO WEEKS, he didn't communicate with the company that was supposedly doing the binding, he lied over and over again, he misrepresented how we could pay him. Basically he did absolutely nothing right, do not use this company they are terrible, the worst business ever.
