Stupid Is As Stupid Does!

So we rented a room at this place to celebrate two birthdays. Our reservations were for 9pm. Theres a group of us and were passing our ids to two different people to make it faster. My sister gives her old id and the guy says its "no good" I ask is it because its expired and was told because it doesn't have a hologram. We were like it was issued in 2001 and the bouncer guy says the hologram came out in 2000 and he's been doing it for years and he knows a fake so "have a good night." They then told us if we want it back to get out and call the cops! Hello, 500 lb. moron do you think that everyone just goes to the dmv and says hey, i'd like the new id? No, you have to wait until yours expires before you get the new one and hers expired December 26, 2007! My sister had the recent one but they wouldn't even looked at it! So we call the police because my sis didn't want her information floating around and our brother lost his id and someone used it and racked up a few tickets that he had to fight so she asked if they could cut it up and we were told no! My sis waited 2 hours in the cold for the cops because the police told her to stand in front of the place. The rest of us waited in the car so that it didn't look like we wanted any problems. We talked to the cops 3 times and the last time they asked if there were any way we could ask the guy if he could just cut it up. We had the police on the phone and the guy still wouldn't cut it up; the cop hears the guy yelling for her to get out and tells my sister I'm sorry I didn't mean for you to get in an argument. Then they had like 5 people watching the door to make sure my 135lb. sis "didn't start any trouble". Bottom line they eventually cut it up around 11:30pm; ruined our night; and waisted our time when he could have just looked at the right id and compared the two. We weren't asking for it back ; just to cut it up for safety reasons!

Average Bar with decent drinks

We went there for a friday night for some drink with a few friends. It was an OK place. The drinks were a bit expensive, but then again, they give a good amount of alcohol in each drink. The place is loungey with pool tables and lots of TV to watch sports. The bartenders were cool and very attentative. I can't say I won't go back if I'm in the area, but you should go check it out for yourself.

Sports bar in the mall - overpriced and unfriendly service

I went here on Friday after work. It wasn't very crowded, mostly sports fans / mall patrons. We drove around for 15 minutes before finding parking. The parking right outside the entrance is valet only, even though it's in the mall parking lot. The bouncers were rude, the bartender slow and unfriendly. Only one busboy gave us service that I would call above average. There is no "cigar patio". You have to go outside and basically stand in front of the mall entrance to smoke. At least 10 underage kids came up to me and asked for a cigarette while I was out there. \t\n\t\nThe food wasn't that great. I got the Caprese sandwich with garlic fries and it was okay. My friend got the meatloaf and it was less than 1/8 inch thick and looked awful! He said it was gross. We shared some spinach dip, which wasn't very good. The texture was off, it was too chunky / not melted enough. I thought it was overpriced for what we got. The pool tables were $16 per hour, plus an extra $3 per person. We ended paying $75 for our two dinners and an hour of pool. Drinks were $8 each. They were decent, not bad, not great. \t\n\t\nIf you want to go play pool and watch sports with friends and don't mind the expense, this would be a decent place. If you're looking for a cool, happening place to hang out and meet people, I wouldn't recommend this place.
