Run, don't walk!!! Do NOT buy here!!!

This has to be the WORST Homeowner's Association in town. They literally bang on your door at 10 pm and threaten you, have your car towed, watch you from their windows and harass you. I bought a corner unit, completely remodeled it. Lived alone there for less than a yea...r and had to get out. My adult children who came to visit me were harassed and threatened and sneered at by the neighbors. I have never seen so many hostile old people nosing into someone's business in my life. If you are nosy, old, crabby and into everyone's business and hate change, then this is the place for you! Thankfully I sold my place at top dollar and moved on to greener pastures and you are welcome, people at Hudson Oak's, for my raising your home values with my remodeling and resale of my unit. I grew up in Memorial, sold a large home, and downsized to Hudson Oaks thinking it would be like home. This place in NO way represents the true graciousness and class of the people in Memorial.

Title

Hudson Oaks Section 1B at one time was a beautiful place in which to live. Now the landscaping in Section 1B is not being taken care of properly. The buildings are 35 plus years old and in the past were not properly maintained. The current Board is not spending the m...oney in the proper areas to maintain both the buildings and landscaping, but is spending monies in areas that are not as important and repairing the buildings and landscaping.
