Hired Doug Waldie for a simple fire claim in July 2018. Started out great, then he stopped providing updates and refuses to return my phone calls. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable here. Just some communication every couple of weeks and follow up when you promise to. Not only that, but Doug has a check from my insurance company that we are unable to use because he won't call us back. I hate to leave negative reviews, and will happily remove it if somebody from the company will actually follow through and return my calls. He has placed my family in a very difficult situation, and this is the lowest level of recourse I have.

Doug Waldie came by earlier this year and signed our home to represent us against our home owners insurance. Our case would yield fewer $ but we agreed to pay them a greater fee to represent us and they willingly took us on. Within 2 months they were not returning phone calls to us or to our insurance company's adjuster. Here we are 4 months later and they will not even respond to contract termination requests so that we may pursue representation elsewhere. Cannot believe it. They've wasted so much valuable time with us getting our claim processed and now we have to start all over!!! So disgusted with this company!

Earlier this year I had a flood in my second home in Mesa Arizona. It happed while I was away for a month and the water ran through a broken pipe for weeks.
