I always get my nails done at home before departing on vacation, so needing a salon out of town has never been an consideration. But this trip was different, and I arrived in Fort Myers needing a new set of acrylics and gel polish. Not knowing the area well, or the qua...lity of services at the local nail salons, I relied on reading the reviews of others (thank you), and chose to visit Hot Rocks! So glad that I did! I walked in (no appointment) around 10 a.m. and was taken immediately. Kelly, a beautiful Asian nail technician, carefully removed the old set of nails with precision, prepped my natural ones, and applied a new set of acrylics with absolute perfection. She completed the manicure with a French manicure using gel polish. The entire visit was approximately and hour and 20 minutes. A week has passed, and my nails look and feel as beautiful as the moment I left the shop! I would HIGHLY recommend this salon. Stay away... got a very bad nail job done there and paid good money. Got shellac and was coming off in just 2 days....was supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks. Had it done several times before at other salons and it always turned out nice. The salon owner had such an att...itude with me and accused me of "picking" my nails and ended up refusing to fix it and make it right!
