I wish you could leave no stars I have called and called and get the same voice mail and no call back I want my money back or my Fridge repaired

Should actually have zero stars. This guy came to my house cashed a check for repair work, has not the done the service, and has not called me back. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Be careful and do your research

He came out and diagnosed a broken freezer but said he needed to order a part. He charged my credit card and disappeared. Blew off the followup repair appointment and did not answer his phone, respond to voicemail or refund my money. I had to initiate a dispute with the credit card company. There are plenty of other repair places in the city, so I'd advise using one of them instead.
