Buyer Beware
Should actually have zero stars. This guy came to my house cashed a check for repair work, has not the done the service, and has not called me back. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Be careful and do your research
Charged for services never rendered
He came out and diagnosed a broken freezer but said he needed to order a part. He charged my credit card and disappeared. Blew off the followup repair appointment and did not answer his phone, respond to voicemail or refund my money. I had to initiate a dispute with the... credit card company. There are plenty of other repair places in the city, so I'd advise using one of them instead.
owes me money..paid, still does not work.
Charged me $338 back in November, never fixed my icemaker. Will not return calls. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and Call 6 for help.
