I can't give a review for horrible. This woman has ruined our families lives. She refuses to give all parties a chance to meet face to face. She has partnered with a ""psychologist"" who is also a flake. He presents himself as someone who is an advocate for the family y...et says one thing to the family and another to the court. I agree with the first review totally, I am not sure exactly what is happening behind close doors but it is something. I had this Judge in a custody battle I had a few years ago and this woman has put my child's well being at stake on so many levels. I am still going th...rough the custody battle because the order she ordered was so horrible for my child that I have to get it changed(thank God i have a different Judge). I have had to spend $120,000.00 to keep my baby and I have done nothing wrong. The father was an admitted ex drug dealer and user and some how he faired better than me. I did retain full custody but she made the order so bad that my child has had to suffer. There was a guardian ad litem involved and I know something shady was going on between the judge and her. I know shady things were being done with the other attorney also. I have paper after papers to prove something isn't right with this woman. I have ran into, just so happen 2 other women with the same experience with Judge Tusan. Something need to be done about her before any more children are hurt by her rulings. Read More
