NEW FACILITY- SAME RELIABLE HORSE CARE! Conveniently located just 1.8 miles off the Frontage Road on Airport Road, between Bozeman and Belgrade, Montana. This is the new home of Holiday Horse Care & Boarding Stables, owned and operated by Rosi Slater.
The 18-a...cre facility offers a variety of boarding options, including 12' x 12' stalls, 40' x 100' paddocks with shelters and a herd setting. Go to our website for more details.
Rosi Slater continues to provide quality horse care in a clean, safe and secure environment. Amenities include: 6-stall barn, tack rooms, secured grain storage, wonderful 150' x 300' outdoor arena, half-mile riding track, trailer parking and ample room to come out and enjoy being with your horse.
Board rates start at $180/mo. $15/day/horse for short-term boarding and $20/night/horse for overnight stabling in the barn.

HHC Riders Hitting the Poker Ride Trail this Weekend.
Several riders from HolidayHorseCare.com attended the Eaglmount Poker Ride last month out in Logan. It was a gorgeous ride and loads of fun! In fact, our boarder, Jessi Sparkman, won third place and got to take a ride in a restored WW II fighter plane as her prize!
We are headed to the Backcountry Horsemen's Poker Ride this Saturday. The ride starts and ends at the Bridger Bowl Ski Area parking lot and consists of an 11 miles. The Backcountry Horsemen do a great job with this event. There are rest and refreshment stops along the way where you draw your cards. This has always been a really fun event in past years and we are expecting good weather for the ride. They have great food at their BBQ which follows the ride and the prizes are usually good, too.

Great pet care at an awesome price!
One thing I always disliked when I went on vacation is that I would have to take my 4 Springer Spaniels to a kennel. I never liked having my dogs be unhappy while I was away. Then I happened to be searching around online and I found Rosi Slater's website HolidayHorseCar...e.com Rosi generally takes care of horses, but I gave her a call and she was more than willing and helpful with taking care of my dogs while I was away. She came out to my house morning and night to feed them, give them some attention and let them out so they could run around. Her rates were very reasonable and the quality of care she gave was spectacular. It's so nice to be able to have someone come out to your house to take care of your pets. Thanks so much Rosi! I'll definitely recommend Rosi Slater to anyone who needs in home pet care!
Rosi's care has been a gift.
"It was challenging enough to find good dog care, and when we brought our horses to live at home it was even more difficult. It didn't feel very good to have to explain the signs of colic, or trust that someone had knowledgeable judgement about simply feeding hay--more ...if it's -30, less if they are wasting half of it! Rosi's care has been a gift. Finally someone to whom I can entrust my animals and just leave and enjoy. I have appreciated the time she has taken before each visit to clarify instructions. Her past experience far exceeds my own and her judgement has erred on the side of caution but without unnecessary phone calls to me or the vet. Her rates are very fair-I'm actually paying less now than I was before, which was for less experienced horse care!"
Great Horse Care
Rosi does a great job of taking care of horses. She knows what she's doing, she knows what to watch for and is totally reliable. She's really nice, too! My horse loves her.

I used to board my horses with Rosi when she owned R Lazy 5 Stables and I am so thrilled that she has opened up a new boarding facility. She always took such good care of my guys and was professional and personable with everyone. She knows how to take care of horses and... how to run a business and the combination made for a really great place to ride and keep my horses. I have my own place now, but I will certainly be referring others to HolidayHorseCare.com because I know Rosi will do a fantastic job of taking care of them.
