Hidden Cove LTD

I drove through this park looking around finding homes for sale as well as checking out the park in general.My findings were not good,I saw a few Mexicans dealing drugs,some roads fixed up others not with pot holes. Some homes are run down with missing skirting ect.homes are also very close together almost on top of each other.When I spoke with management they were pushy wanting to know when you wanted to move in.They were rude and very pushy trying to get you to buy or do something when you wanted to think about it or see what else is out there.I would never live here specially after talking to some residents who told me I wouldn't live here and that the police are there at least once a day.This park defines the word trailer park trash.

i recently bought a home in hidden cove via long distance (or i certainly woulf not have bought one in this park) i was told it was one of the nicest parks in the area - its a slum! the homes are mostly falling apart/ the neighbors are loud,play their music till my house shakes, drink beer out on their porches and swear all the time! my house is only 4 yr old that i bought and the furnance is messed up and the roof leaks and thats just the begining. i really wish i could speak to the owner of this park because no one here wants to take care of any of the problems. my advice do not buy or rent in here unless you like the slums
