Seeking Representation
I am seeking legal representation. The Situation is as follows: I filed for an absolute divorce in FeB 08 and the spouse falied to respond. The divorce was final on the 7th of May 08. In Jun 2008 she filed a motion under rule 60 claiming she was not able to respon...d because she was distraught and depressed. I was scheduled for a court hearing on the 21st of Jul 08, but did a 90 day stay of proceedings due to my being deployed to Iraq. The hearing is scheduled for 30 mins. What is your cost? Please reply.
