After a car accident the hospital bill did not get paid right away and this firm sued us, I provided a letter in writing to state that this was part of a car accident. They continued suing anyway, even though I found out the hospital received the payment and the check had cleared the bank so clearly this law firm never bothered to check back with their client to make sure they should proceed. Had they checked, they would have seen the bill was paid in full. I had told them as much in writing but they never bothered to check for themselves. Now I have to find out how to clear my credit since their lawsuit most probably affected our credit.

Extremely rude receptionist. I couldn't even talk to the attorney because she screens his calls. What a horrible way to do business. I thought I was calling John Heuer the attorney not his receptionist.
