Just wanted to let you know that I've been completely happy with Steve Buchmeier across the years taking care of my Pontiac. It's nice to know that I can just pick up the phone and call him to let him know when I want to bring it in. He always seems to know exactly what I need, never tries to oversell me a service and he's always friendly, polite and respectful.
