Henri Frank Group at Remax Preferred

First this company has not been doing business for 5 years so how is it the fault of the company to make it impossible for you to buy anything. Second he is talking about a woman who had a vision and went for it when no man or developer would take the chance. I give her a thumbs up for this. She changed the whole neighborhood, It attracted many gays so it was known as the one gay area in the city which was a good thing because it kept the market values up when the market crashed. I knew her very well and saw the challenges she had to endure being a woman and all the vultures out there. She designed all these units and made it happen along with the private investors who believed in her and made a ton of money for doing so. How dare you another realtor put down someone who made such a change in one of the worst areas of the city. I bet you are in there doing listing calls now on the units she built and making money.

key word here INVESTOR...AND KEY WORD WILL BE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.....Thus far, they have made it impossible for us to purchase a home.
KEY WORD....THEY KNOW THE DEALS....they are not here for the buyer, only when they can sell their homes at overly inflated prices. Of course this review is from another investor. We strongly feel we are suffering because they are pushing us the buyer out from purchasing a home. We actually had a realtor from this company state "he didn't have to give our offer to the seller" Maybe they would like to pay our rentals while we are waiting to purchase a home.

I had purchased my home in Wilton Manors and used the services of the Henri Frank Group. Henri Vezie is my realtor. I am purchasing investment property now in 2013 and will be working with the Group to do so. They know the deals and how to protect me when I am buying real estate.
