I have been a customer for years and yes, towards the end of 2008 I did have a difficult time getting through on the phone lines and my order was taking too long. I started ordering with another company for a few months and then I received a call from a representative at Buy Discount Cigarettes in May. I was told that the company was under new ownership during that time and all is well now. I decided to give them another shot and I have been consistently placing orders with them since. My orders are on time, customer service is great and I am just as pleased as I was before with this company.

It seems as though all of these reviews came from about a year ago because as of now i have had nothing but a great experience from buydiscountcigarettes.com. promt shipping, great prices and friendly staff. I think they were going through an ownership change at the time (atleast thats what they told me) and that was the reason for some delays and mix ups. I would absolutely recomend this web-site.

RUN, DO NOT WALK, TO YOUR BANK AND FILE A FRAUD COMPLAINT!!!

They nailed me for $175.00.

I placed my order on Nov. 8, the funds cleared my account on Nov. 12. As of Nov. 21 I still had not received the order. I teleponed the company. I politely canceled the order. Money would be returned to my account within 3-5 days. Nov. 28 still no refund. I've called four more times since then. Dec 4 they told me it would be 2 to 3 WEEKS before the money would be refunded.

I filed a fraud complaint with my bank today.
I also filed a complaint with the FTC. www.ftc.gov. I filed a complaint with the internet crime division of the FBI, also. And with the Attorney General Cyber Crime Task Force in my state of Texas in the state of New York where Buy Discount Cigarettes is located. I also filed a complaint with the US Postal Inspector. Another agency with interest in this company is the BATF, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. http://www.atf.treas.gov/
