Harold Eatmon Ministries International

I've been here. It seems like a cult... Also, I am pretty sure this article about cults is about HEMI (see the last half of,the article): http://provoketive.com/2012/01/16/the-c-word/ I recognize the name of the author... If I am right, she used to be Harold Eatmon's assistant. pretty telling, what she has to say.

I have been involved with HEMI and know first-hand that this ministry is damaging to those who attend. I have personally been spiritually abused and know several others who have been abused as well. Mr. Eatmon does not deal with situations in a manner that you would expect of someone called by God. I would stay far, far away.

This ministry is really way off base. I do think they believe they are helping people, but it's definitely borderline cult or spiritually abusive. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there, let alone my friends.
