I have been shopping at Hancocks/Duluth for many years and the sales people were always professional,who also kept the store looking very inviting. Since there has been a new manager put into a place and the quality staff are so longer there, the store looks cheap and disorganized. Sorry for you that it has tuned into this because in the long run it will cost customers and sales
