UPC: 41220 05194 6… This is my old standard that I have used since I was a little boy (My family shopped at HEB in Weslaco, Texas, first buying canned milk by the case, and then powdered milk when it became available. I have seldom used anything else at home). This powder is more a granular milk that mixes with water easily, to make milk to drink, or to make my Banana Smoothie, that I drink with Breakfast. The new” powdered milk (the plastic bag) is a very different story. It is a very fine powder that does not wet easily. When I try to mix it into water, it will become a sticky mass. I have even tried using a blender (when I make my Banana Smoothie). I will end up with sticky lumps of milk sticking to the sides of the blender jar. My suggestion is that you bring back the box, or design a new bag that you have the granular milk put into (so that I can tell it from the fine powder). I recently purchased a gas grill (put together by an employee) and tank (which was selected by an employee). After trying several times to lit it, I was told to bring it back to the store. Because I didn't keep my receipt, the employee could not check it out and would... charge me to simply change out the tank. Since employee put the grill together and select the specific tank I now have a grill and tank I felt that HEB should make me whole. I have a grill & tank that doesn't work and you have my money. i have been shopping as HEB's here in the Austin, TX area as long as I have lived here and that is since 7/78. My problem is the two stores one at 2222 and 620 and the one on 71 & 2244 @ (Bee Cave) due to greed both stores have discontinued the HEB fig/apple/strawberry... nutions. I find them in other stores with a problem but I am not going to drive 30 miles out of my way to get them. Perhaps more sound minds in the corp offices can get them stock again. Both told me they could order me a case but I would have to buy the entire case. This is stupid and the men who told me this I told them so. A case of 12 would last me about 6 or 8 weeks one of 24 probably for the rest of my life. I am a DAV and find this total greed by the managers. It was a beautiful sunny day and I decided to get my car washed today. I went to the car wash on Military in the Randolph Brooks area. I paid for the Ultimate wash. This was the worse car wash I have ever gotten. It's like rain sprinkled on my car. No dirt was re...moved from my car and it come out looking the same as when I went in. I had gone to an HEB to bought some groceries after work, as usual I tend to buy groceries at HEB every 2day... I had bought my usual and on the way home one of the 2 liter diet 7up sodas fell on the floor of my PT cruiser, this happened after I stopped at a red ligh...t and when I pressed the gas to go the soda exploited from the bottom meaning that the top didnt come off but there was a big hole on the bottom of the soda, after going back to the store and talking to the General Manager Dorothy she agreed to pay for cleaning the car (seats and carpet floor..) I recently moved to San Antonio, I work full time and I do not have time to be going back and forth looking for car washes to get estimates... after I had gotten three estimates like she requested she then call me to tell me she cant take the estimates and that she wont pay for a cleaning.. just for the back seat, Im really upset about this and they way she's handling this issue..I contacted the 7up company and they are requesting the bottle's code number, when I contacted her to ask for the the bottle, she very rudely told me she got rid of it... now for me to get my car cleaned I have to get other estimates which I disagree completely... the night it happened that almost caused me to have an accident from the sound and the soda spilling all over my back seat! my contact info (210) 708-8999 Zoar Guajardo, the store location is the HEB on Bandera road on 410 san antonio tx and the GM's name is Dorothy Read More

This is the first time I have written a review of any kind, & I am sorry to say that it has to be H-E-B. I live on the North side of town, shop @ the store on 1604 & Culebra Rd. Service has always been top notch. Visiting sister on the South side & went Thanksgiving sho...pping at the store on Zarzamora & Pleasanton Rd. I have a cast on my left leg & have to wear a big clunky boot & a cane, so I have been using the scooters you provide. (very grateful). I went to get the cart (scooter) & the only one there was out of order. As I entered the store there were 3 employees standing talking & I asked if there were any more scooters available? One of the men said, "Oh yes they put the out of order in that area, but there are some more on the other side of the store".....Clearly he could see that I had a boot & a cane, none of the 3 offered to get me one or even send one of the one of the younger employees. I assume they were mgrs, as who else just stands talking in the middle of the store? H-E-B has always been my store of choice & I will continue to shop there, however I think all stores should have the same "friendly, helpful employees & not be judged by the side of town we happen to be in.
