Staff double booked me so I waited an hour just to be brought back. When I mention it, the doctor says we are even because I was a "no show" for a couple appointments. That is unequivocally untrue and I told her as much. Then told me of how she had meetings to discuss "firing" me as a patient and that's how she remembered. I know for a fact its untrue because getting an appointment there is 3 months out. No way I would miss it. The idea that a) she would call me a liar to my face and b) she chose to argue with me about the issue at all shows a complete lack of professionalism. A simple sorry we double booked you would have sufficed. At any rate, I fired her instead.
