Buyer Beware of Great Southern Travel
Buyer Beware! Booked a vacation to Hawaii. Travel agent never disclosed that she would book our flight seating apart from each other. We would never have agreed to travel 4500 miles sitting apart from each other! The agency is doing nothing to resolve this - spoke with ...the vice president and the agent, both give lame excuses and no solution. They have our money so they have no incentive to take care of their customers. If you use this company, be sure they disclose all the facts to you up front! We ll book our own travel from now on. We trusted them to set up our vacation so we wouldn t have to worry. Our experience with them has been frustrating and disappointing.
