Garner Heating & Cooling

...brought his kid over, left his kid and a friend to work on my unit, they couldn't figure it out and spent all day trying, he finally came back next morning and spent a half hour getting it running. He quoted me $400-500., then billed me $982..8 hrs labor@$90. hr for having his kid sctratch his head. He put on 1 valve and a flow guage (which was not even needed) $260 for parts, Then when I told him I needed a few days for the huge bill he put a lien on my house 2 days later. I paid him in full within the 30 days, now I'm calling the BBB and telling everyone I can what a dishonest SOB this guy is.

initial phone call to Brad started great. I left vm and he promptly returned my call/was very polite to what I needed. Made appt on for Fri. of that week/told him I'd take a vacation day to be there so he could fix my Geothermal unit...when he didn't show up I called and he acted like he didn't even know/remember me. He did promptly come over though, then spent 15 min, said he needed to go get parts and left, then never returned or called. I called him back and over the next 17 days this scenerial repeated itself several times. One day, he'd be polite, the next day rude as hell. On day 14 I called him and he said he'd call right back, 4 hrs later I called him, he picked up phone I identified myself and he said he was in a meeting and hung up. I then left him long vm stating he just needed to tell me if he was going to f-me over and not do the job. He called back next day, apoligized and said he needed model and serial # again as he'd lost it?? He finally showed up on day 17...
