Horrible place to live
This landlord does not do anything to fix the place. The washer has been broken for a month. He does not respond to calls. Worse place to live.
Not Trust Worthy
The Guy is not at all trust worthy. I have been his tenant for more then a year. Never defaulted and when i left the place he did not give back the deposit. Cannot trust him at all. Will never rent a place that he is dealing in. Beware of him
