GNC Yucaipa Ca,

Well lets start off with I bought something that made me real sick.Vomiting so much I lost my voice.Had my wife return the product that I only used two tiny scoops of. Paid $48 bucks for a container that was a quater full.My wife called me crying saying the guy started telling her off saying that she was a thief. He said he knows her she stills his products and resales them also saying she put her own mixed content in the container. When I called to find out what happened he hung up on me.I went down there and the police where there. I could hear the guy saying that he was threatened over the phone .when I walked in he said "thats the guy he threatened me he still from me "the officer and I walked out of the store the cop asked for my ID. I said its in the car he wanted my name long story short I ended up I the cop car with this ahole saying something in the back ground .so you decide I did what any husband would do when a man harasses his wife plus making her cry.wow what a real man making women cry .This guy is giving GNC a bad name. what was I to do let some ahole talk to my wife like that .I went down there to get some info so that I can report him this is not how you run a bussiness.he harassed my wife then called the cops and said he was threatened thats his way of dealing with returns thank you hope this helped

WORST STORE EVER!!!

Lousy customer service!!! Extremely rude store manager that likes to overcharge people because he thinks that because his store is a franchise he can do whatever he wants!! Never ever going there again!!! Oh and he will not refund your money on anything even if you have a receipt! You would think that in this economy stores would like to try to keep their customers instead of push them away!!!
