Frank's Sports Shop

I had an interaction with this business today and forewarned him that his actions would have repercussions via a bad review, to which he expressed NO concern at all. NOW I KNOW WHY. Frank's Sports Shop already has numerous horrendous reviews.Its really sad to see how a business can care so little about their reputation and dismiss a customers complaints with such disdain. The sadder part is that this type of uncaring, lazy businessman is the same type of person who will berate the government and criticize Obama for not having enough help for small business', when the mere truth is that he is apathetic and honestly someone who has no business being a merchant. The truth is that he wouldnt last 6 months in other parts of this country. Only in this tri-state area have we become so accustomed to horrendous, rude, and dismissive retailers that someone like this lazy parasite can actually continue to stay in business. In other parts he would either adapt, or perish.
