I wish I would have read prior reviews before going here! I was told this was a cheap place from a friend at work but when I went saw clendon he didn't tell me how much he was charging me took almost 400$ out of my return and spent less than 10 min with me. He didn't listen to anything I was saying about my student loans

The owner of this business stole $450 of my tax return. He told me that he needed my information to be able to tell me how much he would charge to file my taxes. I had to ask him how much he would charge several times. When he finally replied, he said HE would get my... check in a few days. I never told him to file my taxes! When I picked up the check, I discovered that he had my tax return direct deposited into HIS account, the check he gave me was not an IRS check and the check was $450 LESS than I was supposed to have gotten back. I also noticed that he had entered deductions on the tax return which I was not eligible for. I came to find that he charges a percentage of the refund and that he had entered the bogus deductions so he would get more money.
