Michael Markoff and Greg Newman were wonderful to work with. Then we applied for the Reverse Mortgage, our building was not FHA qualified. Both of these gentlemen spent a great deal of time and effort working with us, aloing with other parties, to get it qualified. They also encouraged us during the process. It tood time, but they got it done. The loan was approved and we couldn't be more pleased with the two of them

My wife and I were in need of a reverse mortgage to help subsidize us due to loosing much of our investment income in the market. They came highly recommended to us through our Accountant. We found out through our CPA that they represent all the major programs for the government but with wholesale costs compared to the large retail banks who are offering these programs. They came out to our home and spent hours going over all the details of the program. Once we decided to move forward, the came back out and went over every page of the paperwork that we needed to sign to make sure we understood everything. They made themselves available even during the weekends when my wife and I had questions. It is nice to find this type of service in the 21st century and to work with people who really care about putting their clients in the right program while saving them money. My wife and I looked at a few of the large national banks and into their programs. The loan officers in these places seemed to be not knowledgeable and very green on these programs. The banks only had one or two options to offer us. I read an article about Michael & Greg with Flagship Mortgage and decided to set up a meeting with them. They came out to our home and personally met with us. They spent over and hour and a half fully explaining the FHA Reverse Mortgage. They also had much more products and choices then the big banks. I learned they represent a majority of service companies for the government which gives their customers better options because they are all competing for the servicing of these government insured loans. There was no pressure and they guided us through the entire process. It has been 3 months now and we are really enjoying the freedom.
