they dont care about you!
they decided to switch credit cards. i never recieved notice or a phone call or anything and then on 11/18/08 my debit/credit card was cancelled. i called the bank and they acted like it was my fault , and they didnt even send my new cards in the mail! they were very un-helpful, and didnt even care about my situation at all they just told me i would have to drive 20 miles to get my cards and i would have to wait untill the next day to get them, while im stuck at a gas station out of gas with no way to use the atm or my card to pay , they said " there's nothing we can do you should have gotten them in the mail" after they told me they didnt even send them in the mail. DO NOT BANK HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS!!!!!!!!
