Paul Karph gave us several recommendations on how to proceed with our Loan Modification package, how to structure our hardship letter, and how to interact with the bank's representative. We followed
his instructions closely and within 5 months we had our loan modification with payments less than half or our original one: Some our our principal was forgiven, our interest rate greatly reduced, and the term of the loan lengthened. I had one previous attempt to re-fi w/ Wells Fargo and that process stretched over a 1 1/2 year period. I met with Paul & Justin and they were very kind and very patient with all my questions. They were truthful about not being able to guarantee the outcome and very truthful about my situation which helped me face my financial reality. I got the acceptance letter from the bank accepting the terms Paul had drawn up for me. PRAISE GOD! My trial mortgage was over and I started March w/ a new mortgage that was $500 less with a 2% interest rate. I am VERY BLESSED to have come across this gem of a company.

It's not over, but I feel safe with this group
Paul & Denise are working hard on our cheating mortgage company, American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. (which is based in India!). Every time I have had a breakdown over the possibility of losing our home, Paul calls me and breaks down for me the strategy of both companies. No, we don't have an end in sight yet, but Financial Recovery USA and its team members are honest and really care about their clients.
