Alex Saved the Day
At 6am on a Saturday, I was calling this location from Florida, desperate to get 100 copies of a playbill done for my son's performance the same night in NYC. I submitted the project online with specific instructions and a prayer. Within 15 minutes I got a call from ...Alex. He copied the 8 page playbill and went over every page with me to make sure they were copied in the right order. He made sure they had the colored paper I wanted, and informed me that the cardboard cover I requested would crack when bent. Did I really want that? I can't tell you how appreciative I am of Alex's patience and helpfulness. This is the kind of frontline employee that upholds a company's reputation, efficiency, and excellence in customer service. My project was completed and ready for pickup within the hour. Thanks to Alex for saving the day!
